Getting Started with Technical Support
Before diving into specific issues, make sure you're running the latest version of our games and that your system meets the minimum requirements. Many issues can be resolved by updating your game, graphics drivers, and operating system.
The game won't install
Try the following steps:
1. Verify your system meets the minimum requirements
2. Close other applications that might be interfering
3. Run the installer as administrator
4. Temporarily disable antivirus software
5. Make sure your operating system is up to date
Installation is stuck or extremely slow
This could be due to:
1. Slow internet connection - try a wired connection
2. Server congestion - try again during off-peak hours
3. Limited disk space - ensure you have at least twice the game size in free space
4. Background processes - close other applications and downloads
The game is running slowly or lagging
To improve performance:
1. Lower graphics settings in the game options
2. Update your graphics drivers
3. Close background applications
4. Verify your computer meets the recommended requirements
5. Check for system overheating
6. Defragment your hard drive (for HDD users)
Game crashes or freezes during gameplay
If the game crashes or freezes:
1. Update your graphics drivers
2. Verify game file integrity through the launcher
3. Check for operating system updates
4. Try running the game as administrator
5. Disable overlays from Steam, Discord, or other applications
Screen tearing or graphics artifacts
For visual issues:
1. Enable V-Sync in the game settings
2. Update graphics drivers to the latest version
3. Try different display modes (fullscreen, windowed, borderless)
4. Disable overclocking if you've modified your GPU settings
5. Check monitor refresh rate settings
Cannot connect to online services
If you're having connectivity issues:
1. Check your internet connection
2. Verify that our servers are online (check our status page)
3. Restart your router
4. Temporarily disable firewalls or VPNs
5. Try connecting through a different network if possible
Disconnecting during gameplay
Frequent disconnections may be caused by:
1. Unstable internet connection - use a wired connection if possible
2. Network congestion - try playing during off-peak hours
3. Interference from other devices
4. Outdated router firmware
5. ISP throttling - contact your internet service provider
Forgot password
To reset your password:
1. Go to the login page
2. Click on 'Forgot Password'
3. Enter the email associated with your account
4. Check your email for reset instructions
5. Follow the link to create a new password
Cannot log in to my account
If you can't log in:
1. Verify you're using the correct email and password
2. Make sure caps lock is off
3. Clear browser cookies and cache
4. Try a different browser
5. Check if you're using any password managers that might be interfering
