Subscriptions are automatically renewed at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually). You'll be charged the same amount on the same day each month/year, unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can manage your subscription settings in your account dashboard.
To cancel your subscription: 1. Log in to your account 2. Go to Account Settings > Subscriptions 3. Select the subscription you want to cancel 4. Click 'Cancel Subscription' 5. Follow the prompts to confirm cancellation You'll still have access to your subscription benefits until the end of the current billing period.
For digital purchases, we offer a 14-day refund period if you haven't downloaded or streamed the content. For subscription services, we generally don't offer refunds for partial subscription periods. However, we review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our billing support team for assistance with specific refund inquiries.
If your purchase isn't showing up in your account, please try these steps: 1. Check your email for a purchase confirmation 2. Verify that the payment was processed (check your bank/payment service) 3. Log out and log back into your account 4. Clear your browser cache and cookies If you still don't see your purchase, contact our billing support team with your order number and the email address used for the purchase.
To change your subscription plan: 1. Log in to your account 2. Go to Account Settings > Subscriptions 3. Select your current subscription 4. Click 'Change Plan' 5. Select your desired new plan 6. Confirm the change Upgrades typically take effect immediately, with a prorated charge for the difference. Downgrades usually take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
Payments might be declined for several reasons: 1. Insufficient funds in your account 2. Incorrect card information 3. Expired card 4. Bank security measures/fraud protection 5. International transaction restrictions We recommend verifying your payment information and contacting your bank if the issue persists. You can also try an alternative payment method.
Receipts and invoices are automatically sent to your email address after each successful purchase. You can also access your billing history and download invoices by: 1. Logging into your account 2. Going to Account Settings > Billing History 3. Locating the transaction 4. Clicking 'Download Invoice' If you need a specialized invoice format for business or tax purposes, please contact our billing support team.
